Team and roles
Invite colleagues and control who can change what.
Every account belongs to an organization. Open Team & RBAC to see the members, invite new ones, change roles and remove people. The Free plan has one seat, Pro up to 10.
Roles
| Role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing, inviting members, changing any role and deleting the organization. |
| Admin | Manage monitors, channels and incidents, invite members and change roles (except the Owner role). |
| Engineer | Create and edit monitors, run tests, pause and resume, use bulk actions, declare incidents, publish post-mortems and configure alert channels. Cannot manage members. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to dashboards, latency charts, incident history and delivery logs. All changes are refused by the server. |
Buttons that your role cannot use are disabled with a tooltip. Viewers see a Viewer Mode banner.
Subscription management
Only Owners and Admins can subscribe to Pro or cancel a subscription.
